At Meipiao, we come to work every day because we want to solve a big issue in our community – youth who are not ready for their future. Schools don’t necessarily teach students how to achieve their dreams or even how to work towards pursuing a career in certain fields. There was never a step-by-step guide on how to grow up. Youth become lost and out of touch with themselves and their future. But by working together, WE can make a difference. We want to build a foundation for our children – to inspire and facilitate their professional development. Together, we can help to nurture young adults to pursue a career that aligns with their passions, thereby allowing them to mature and flourish into a vibrant group of leaders who will contribute to the continued growth and development of our community.
